The Building Materials Department of the Materials Testing Office for Construction (MPA BAU) has recognitions as a testing, inspection and certification body for a wide range of building materials:

  • Certification body for products and for factory production control 1211 (Notifizierung 1211)
  • Certification body according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17065 (certificate of accreditation)
  • Testing laboratory according to DIN EN ISO/IEC 17025 (Certificate of accreditation)
  • Testing, inspection and certification body according to the State Building Code (PÜZ LBO)
  • Testing laboratory according to the guidelines for the recognition of testing laboratories for building materials and building material mixtures in road construction (RAP Stra; RAP Stra BW)
  • Concrete testing laboratory W, MPA BAU, TUM Innenstadt, Theresienstraße, (BPW)
  • Testing and inspection body according to the special procedure (PÜ Sv)
  • Testing, inspection and certification body according to TL-BEL-B and according to TL-BEL-EP (PÜZ TL BEL)
  • Testing body for carrying out voluntary product testing of aggregates, track ballast and hydraulic construction stone according to System 2+ (association recommendation)
